Cluvik

A business OS for the businesses

nobody built one for.

Cluvik is one platform that does what eight other tools used to do. We built it because the SaaS industry spent fifteen years selling small businesses "best-of-breed tools that integrate," then handed them a Zapier bill and a customer record split across seven different databases.

Founded as a Docs tool. Now a full platform.

Why we started

Why we started.

Cluvik started as a documentation tool. We built it because we ran a small agency and the gap between our Notion pages and our HubSpot deals was where every project went to die. Three months in, we realised the documentation tool was solving the wrong half of the problem.

The real issue wasn’t that our docs were bad. It was that nothing in our small business talked to anything else. The contract was in DocuSign. The signer’s email was in HubSpot. The kickoff meeting was in Calendly. The intake form was in JotForm. The project plan was in Asana. Seven tools to onboard one client — and Zapier holding it together with rubber bands.

So we kept building. We added the CRM. Then signatures. Then bookings, forms, tasks, projects, chat. Eight products, all sharing one customer database. By 2026, Cluvik was the all-in-one business OS we’d needed in the first place.

We named the company Cluvik because we needed a word that wasn’t taken anywhere — a clean trademark, an available domain in every region, neutral across languages. It’s loosely from “cluster” (the idea of bringing every business tool into one place) and a Slavic shape that sounded honest. Mostly: it was a name we could own, in a market where every “smart” name is a logo redesign waiting to happen.

— The Cluvik team

What we believe.

Six commitments we make to every customer. Not a values poster. A working
document we look at when we have to make a hard call.

01

Built natively, not bolted together.

Every Cluvik product reads and writes to one customer record. No webhooks, no Zapier-style middleware, no "sync delay." If two products can't talk to each other natively, we don't ship the second one.

02

No "enterprise tier" on the good features.

If a five-person services business needs SSO, they get SSO. If they need API access, they get API access. The features that matter aren't artificially gated to push you up a pricing ladder.

03

Honest pricing, on the page.

$59, $99, or $149 per user per month for the Suite. Individual products published at the same level of detail. No "contact sales" for prices a real business should be allowed to compare.

04

Your data is yours.

Export anything, any time, as CSV or via API. We don't hold your customer database hostage. We don't auto-renew without a 30-day notice. If you leave, you leave with everything you put in.

05

We name our competitors.

HubSpot, DocuSign, Notion, Calendly, JotForm — the alternatives to Cluvik are good products with real customers. Pretending they don't exist insults your intelligence. Comparison pages are written honestly, including where the alternative is the right fit.

06

Small business is the customer.

We don't optimise for enterprise procurement. We don't add features that only matter at 5,000 seats. Every roadmap decision is made for businesses with 5–100 people who'd rather spend their afternoons on customers than software configuration.

A small team building for

small businesses.

Eight products doesn’t require eight hundred engineers — it requires the right architecture and the discipline to keep the surface area tight.

Bootstrapped. Profitable. No outside investors.

Cluvik is funded entirely by our customers. We have no venture capital, no board pressure, and no incentive to chase metrics that don't make the product better for small businesses. We grew from 0 to 2,400 customers without raising a round and intend to keep it that way.
